Wang Yan has reported on various issues relating to the environment following her creation of the magazine’s environment section since 2008. So far, she has published some two hundred in-depth reports on environment-related topics. Her work on both domestic and International media receiving frequent feedbacks from readers. Many of her publications have won international fellowships or nationwide awards including The Environmental Press Awards issued jointly by Chinadialogue and the Guardian for two consecutive years in 2011 and 2012.
