Kuo-Chang Huang (黃國昌) is a member of Taiwan's Legislative Yuan (立法院), the Chairperson of the New Power Party (時代力量; a lawyer and a legal scholar. Kuo-Chang Huang attained his J.S.D at Cornell Law School in 2002, taught at National University of Kaohsiung, Tunghai University, National Taipei University and National Chengchi University, and served as a legal scholar at Institutum Iurisprudentiae, Academia Sinica before he started his political career in the 2016 election.
