Tommy Kevin Lee is a researcher at the Institute of Water Policy, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore. Integrating an academic background in sociology with vocational training in property development and facilities management, at IWP he researches on urban drainage solutions, Water Sensitive Urban Design, and water efficiency audit and benchmarking.

 

Dr Cecilia Tortajada has more than 20 years' experience in water, environment and natural resources management. Her current work focuses on inter-disciplinary research in water, environment, food and energy securities through coordinated development policies, as well as on innovative approaches for poverty alleviation by using water as an engine for socio-economic growth. She has been advisor for several national and international organisations, governments, development banks and private sector institutions. She is now editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Water Resources Development and past President of the International Water Resources Association.
