'Good Eye Taipei' shares less well-known soup dishes in Taiwan.

Taiwanese beef noodle soup has gained international fame in recent years, and CNN Travel has recently featured an article on "World's Most Expensive Beef Noodle Soup" sold in Taiwan.

But Taiwanese cuisine has much more to offer. From intestines to seafood, herbal-tasting broth to pig blood, Taiwan's traditional soups dishes have few things in common — aside from fresh ingredients and decade-old recipes.
